As everyone knows, chocolates are loved by all, but for my love, chocolates mean everything. Around that time, a Dubai brand called FIX had launched their viral Kunafa chocolate, and she really wanted to try it.

But the problem was - no one in India was making Kunafa chocolates.

I thought of getting FIX chocolates from somewhere... but fortunately, I couldn't. And maybe that was destiny - because if I had found them, Bellaco would never have been born.

That's when I decided - I'll make it myself.

The challenge? | wasn't a chef. I had no background in chocolates. All I had was a small dream and one promise -

"I'll make it for my love."

Finally, I did create the chocolate - and everyone loved it. That's where our real journey began. We decided to become India's first stuffed chocolate brand.

Research, experiments, setting up a factory, sleepless nights... it sounds easy when I say it now, but every bite carries that struggle. I didn't even realize when a year had passed. By then, many brands in India had launched their versions of Kunafa chocolates, and yes, I had even tried FIX.

But I noticed something important - no one was making high-quality, world-class Kunafa chocolates in India like

FIX did.

So I thought - if we can already create chocolates at that level, why not share them with the whole of India? One thing was clear - Bellaco would never be an ordinary brand.

No boring chocolates.

No typical royal packaging.

Bellaco would stand for India's first stuffed chocolate brand - full of surprises, funky packaging, bold art, and world-class quality.

And that's how baby Bellaco was born. Right now, Bellaco is just a few months old... and like every baby, it needs love and support to grow.
